Paid Reader Club Terms of Service

Welcome to Paid Reader Club ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, claiming an assignment, or submitting any work, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility, Registration, and Account Security

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including tax and payout details.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining account security.
  • One person, one account. Account sharing, selling, transferring, or operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • We may require identity or payment verification at any time and may limit access until verification is complete.

2. Program Overview and No Guarantee

  • Paid Reader Club offers reading assignments that may include reports or optional reviews.
  • No minimum earnings, assignment volume, or continued access is guaranteed.
  • Assignments, compensation, instructions, and eligibility criteria may change or be withdrawn at any time.
  • Your participation is voluntary and does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
  • This opportunity is not guaranteed and can be taken away at any time for any reason.

3. Assignments, Submissions, and Verification

  • You must follow assignment instructions and deadlines and complete work in good faith.
  • Submissions must be your original work unless we explicitly allow otherwise.
  • We may reject, revoke, or require changes to any submission for any reason in our sole discretion.
  • We may request proof of reading, identity verification, or other confirmation before approval or payment.
  • Failure to complete assignments or repeated low-quality submissions may reduce or eliminate future access.

4. Reviews, Marketplace Rules, and Honesty Requirements

  • You are never required to leave a review. If you choose to leave one, it must be honest and independent.
  • You must follow Amazon, retailer, and platform policies, as well as FTC disclosure rules when applicable.
  • Review manipulation is prohibited, including coordinating reviews, review swaps, or incentivized reviews.
  • It is prohibited to post a review and later delete, edit, or otherwise manipulate it to trigger payment or avoid detection.
  • We may share review links or verification details with third parties to confirm compliance and authenticity.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Manipulation

  • Creating or using multiple accounts, impersonating others, or using false or misleading information.
  • Creating a new account after suspension or termination, or attempting to evade restrictions.
  • Submitting plagiarized, recycled, AI-generated, or otherwise non-original work without permission.
  • Using bots, scripts, automation, or other methods to claim assignments or submit work.
  • Colluding with other users to game payouts, ratings, assignment availability, or review outcomes.
  • Submitting fabricated reading confirmations, fraudulent review links, or falsified reports.
  • Exploiting platform bugs or payment systems, including chargebacks, reversals, or abuse of refunds.
  • Interfering with platform operations, security, or other users' access.

6. Payments, Stripe, and Taxes

  • You must connect a valid Stripe account to receive earnings.
  • Payments are not guaranteed until a submission is approved and may be delayed or withheld for verification.
  • We may offset, reverse, or withhold payments for suspected fraud, policy violations, or chargeback risk.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your payout account and any fees charged by Stripe or your bank.
  • You are solely responsible for taxes and reporting, and we will issue required tax forms when applicable.

7. 30-Day Withdrawal Expiration Policy

  • All approved payments must be withdrawn within 30 days.
  • Payments not withdrawn within 30 days expire and are forfeited.
  • Expired payments cannot be reissued, even if work was completed in good faith.
  • This policy supports accurate accounting and IRS reporting requirements.
  • It is your responsibility to monitor your available balance on the Earnings Page.

8. Suspension, Removal, and Termination

  • We reserve the exclusive right to remove readers or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
  • We may suspend access immediately if we suspect violations, fraud, abuse, or risk to the platform.
  • Any attempt to return after termination may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid balances.
  • Termination may result in the loss of access to assignments, earned status, and unpaid funds.

9. Intellectual Property and License

  • We own the Paid Reader Club platform, branding, and related intellectual property.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display submissions for program administration, quality review, and internal analytics.
  • You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific outcomes.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to you in the prior 90 days, if any.

11. Indemnification

  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of Paid Reader Club after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
